Frequently Asked Questions
To enrol, please complete the registration form and pay the £150 deposit. Once we confirm your place, a formal contract is in place. The deposit is refunded when your child leaves (after attending for at least 6 months and all fees are paid in full)
Yes. A minimum of six sessions per week per child is required
Yes, but we require at least one full calendar month’s written notice. Any changes must meet the minimum session requirements
Fees include nappies, wipes, sun cream, milk, snacks, and extra-curricular activities. Packed lunches must be provided by parents. We operate a strict no-nuts policy
Late payment may result in exclusion from the nursery, daily interest charges, a £25 admin fee, and possible legal recovery of costs
